Whether you are a new business owner or someone that has a well-established business, you’ve likely realized how vital it is to have a qualified professional assist with your bookkeeping and payroll needs.  Tulloch Accounting, LLC believes that your time is better spent focusing on your business passion, rather than spending wasted time and frustration preparing your own books. Our professional services catered towards business owners include: 

 

• Bookkeeping Services

Includes items such as bank and credit card reconciliations, filing Form 1099’s as required, and providing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual non-attest financial statements to assist in business strategies.

 

• Payroll Services 

Includes items such as running employee paychecks, performing a monthly review of payroll accounts, scheduling of liabilities, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll filings, and Year End Form W-2 and associated filings.

Information in your QuickBooks file is only useful if it is accurately input.  Tulloch Accounting, LLC will work with you to review and clean up your Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, reclassifying transactions, resolving error messages, and ensuring that the information on your reports can be trusted as accurate so you can plan for tax liabilities appropriately.

• Internal Revenue Service and State Filing Compliance Verification and Resolution 

Tulloch Accounting, LLC will contact these agencies to ensure that there are no outstanding issues in regards to your Social Security Number that you’re unaware of.  If any issues arise, Jessica will happily assist is finding the resolution to the issue.  This includes setting up installment agreements for past-tax debts if that is a scenario that is present.

 

• Internal Revenue Service and State Audit Representation 

Receiving an IRS or State notice can be SO STRESSFUL, but Tulloch Accounting, LLC can make this just another item to cross of your to-do list, and not be so emotionally taxing and difficult.  If the situation arises – whether it be correspondence, in person, or other audit notices – Jessica is qualified and happy to assist to resolve these issues.  Her rule is that her clients are not allowed to be stressed unless she is!

 

• New Business Start Up Advising and Document Preparation

Tulloch Accounting, LLC is happy to meet with you to hear your ideas and brainstorms for starting a new business!  She will be happy to share information on entity determination, whether payroll or workers compensation accounts are needed, and answer any other questions that arise.  Jessica will guide you in this process, and when you’re ready to hit the ground running, she will prepare the documentation setup, including but not limited to Secretary of State registrations, Internal Revenue Service S-Corporation Election Status, and Internal Revenue Service EIN application and confirmation.
